MOVIE NIGHTS MOVIE NIGHTS Due to Daylight Savings Time, movies will start at 7 pm. All movies are free and will be shown in the Auditorium. Hearing assist devices will be provided upon request. There will be a limited number of tables provided as well as comfortable chair seating. Feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks from home; popcorn will be provided. Doors to the Auditorium will open one hour before the show. Saving seats before 6 pm is not permitted. If you have a movie request, please forward it to me at kara.hardy@associa.us. CYRANO (2021) Wed., May 4, 7 pm. Starring Peter Dinklage, Haley Bennett, Kelvin Harrison Jr., Ben Mendelsohn. In this retelling of the classic story, Cyrano de Bergerac is charged with the monumental task of wooing a woman, Roxanne, who he has fallen in love with. Through his love letters, Cyrano's true spirit is revealed. His amazingly amorous nature makes itself known through his communications to his beloved. Along the way, a new recruit to his regiment makes himself useful as the face of Cyrano. Because the odds are stacked against him, Cyrano wonders whether his fate is to love Roxanne from afar. MARRY ME (2022) Sun., May 8, 7 pm. Starring Jennifer Lopez, Owen Wilson, Sarah Silverman, Maluma, John Bradley. Marry Me is a romantic comedy focusing on an unexpected relationship being created in front of millions. Kat Valdez and Bastian are superstars in the music industry, so much so that the world plans to make an event out of their impending wedding. However, things fall apart when Kat learns that Bastian has been unfaithful mere moments before the vows can take place. Making an abrupt choice, she picks a man in the crowd named Charlie, not realizing that he's holding a Marry Me sign, and decides to follow the sign's suggestion. REDEEMING LOVE (2022) Wed., May 25, 7 pm. Starring Abigail Cowen, Tom Lewis, Eric Dane, Famke Janssen, Logan Marshall-Green. Can love conquer all? Angel is not so sure. In this tale, which is based upon the biblical story of Hosea and Gomer, Angel is sold into prostitution as a child. Accustomed to all manner of abuse, she has no idea what to do when she grows up and finds herself falling for a man.
