As you know, Solera Diamond Valley will be getting new neighbors. Here are
a few details about the future Pulte Homes community:
• The community will consist of 158 two story homes.
• The lots will be 6,000 square feet.
• The community will include two drainage ponds.
• The current Fisher Street will be extended to the new Stetson Avenue.
• Thorton Avenue will not be extended towards Warren Road.
• New Stetson Avenue is two lanes and will not connect to Warren Road.
• Building will not begin until first quarter of 2023.
• For more information or if you have questions, please contact City of Hemet
Engineering Department at https://www.hemetca.gov/88/Engineering.
With the new community being built to the south of SDV and the future
community coming to the north, there will undoubtably be more traffic
coming through Solera Diamond Valley. Reminder that the streets are public
and are the responsibility of the City of Hemet. If you see suspicious activity on
the streets, please report it to the Hemet Police Department. The Paseo and all
common area are private property and the responsibility of the Association. If
there is an emergency on the Paseo or common area, please contact the police
immediately then contact the Association Patrol.

FROM THE
New installations around the community to look out for: A new dog waste
station in the south park, new televisions in the locker rooms, new flags in
front of The Lodge and new plants in the outdoor pool area as well as the
new tree installation in the parking lot.
Some maintenance concerns in the indoor pool have been resolved, such
as: a new shower head, a cracked window, and the indoor spa handrail.
Got vendor questions? Come to Management so that we may address your
concerns. Vendors are hard at work focusing on the task at hand and should
not be disturbed.
The outdoor pool will be warmed from May 1- Sept. 30
