For each prompt the respondent was asked how satisfied they were with the prompt item and how important the item was to them. The prompts are listed in order of importance. The number under Current Satisfaction is the order of importance registered by the respondents. The percent number is the percentage of responders that indicated satisfied and very satisfied, or very important or important. For example, the number one prompt in the importance column is HOA Financial Stability at 79 percent, while 59 percent of the respondents were currently satisfied with HOA Stability. respondents were concerned about bad cracks that run across the streets, they felt that the previous resurfacing is unacceptable, and that the cracks on the street are getting worse. One responded ask for clarification to how the previous street resurfacing was conducted, and to explain the outcome. HOA (75): Most of the positive comments ranges from being very pleased with the management staff especially our general manager and assistant general manager, to the HOA has done a wonderful job at keeping the dues the same and we appreciated it. Another comment was in favor of increasing the dues to keep the high standards of the community. Some respondents thanked the Board of Directors for all they do. The negative responses were concerned about the abandoned properties looking rundown. Board (8): The negative respondents wanted a process of community input. Gym/Pool (5): The responses ranges from a bigger workout room, heaver weights, and update equipment.
