Tyson is a Congressional Candidate from District 25 (Cherry Valley East to the Imperial Valley and the Arizona Border). He will bring his medical expertise to Congress to end the Medical Emergency and the Mandates, Secure the Border, and Protect Local Agricultural Water Rights. Dr. Tyson opened his first Urgent Care Facility "All Valley Urgent Care" in El Centro March 2018. This was the first urgent care facility in the Imperial Valley. In January 2020, his Urgent Care Facilities were the only ones in El Centro and the Brawley area to adopt Zelenko COVID Treatment Protocol with emphasis on early and aggressive treatment at first symptoms. He has successfully treated over 10,000 COVID patients in his Imperial Valley clinics (predominately Hispanic) thereby preventing their hospitalization. As his journey through the pandemic progressed, Dr. Tyson found himself becoming an advocate for his patients and the community at large, standing up again and again for what he knew was right. This journey inspired him to run for office and represent all citizens of District 25. These are just a few things Dr. Tyson has done over the course of the past two difficult years: • Advanced a lawsuit against a local CVS pharmacy for failure to provide Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine as prescribed to his patients. CVS elected to cooperate. • Took a $250K loan to buy personal protective equipment and testing kits that could not be obtained from either the local Public Health Department or State or Federal agencies. • Worked with local churches to identify the indigent population in need of care. With these churches they found the financial means to provide treatment. • Put up tents at his clinic and at local businesses to conduct mandatory daily testing for employees so businesses could remain open. • Provided urgent care services to the U.S. Border Patrol, border-crossing detainees, and migrant farm workers. • Lobbied in Washington with Senators Rand Paul, Ron Johnson, and others to end mandates and to spread information on the necessity for early treatment. • Wrote the short book Overcoming the Covid Darkness with his colleague Dr. George Fareed describing their successful efforts. Dr. Brian M. Tyson is uniquely qualified to defeat the incumbent, Congressman Dr. Raul Ruiz. Dr. Tyson treated COVID patients, kept businesses open, and lobbied in Washington to End the Mandates.
