Our weather is prime for canine play time. While mornings and evenings are
more popular now, we will all be adjusting our visits as the sun and temperatures
both rise. Let's keep an eye on our Facebook group for updates on play dates and

When the Corral became a reality, everyone realized that we were going to have
to self-fund the project. This meant setting a membership fee that would help
construct and maintain the Corral.
Generous donations and successful fundraising efforts have helped the Corral
grow and thrive. Shade structures, benches, and Puppy Playground elements
are just part of what these efforts have paid for. But we will always have Corral
maintenance that will require funding, so registration and renewal fees will still be
a necessity.
Starting immediately, the initial registration fee for new members will be $40 per
dog and the annual renewal fee will be $30 thereafter. As stated in our rules, all dogs
must be spayed or neutered, current on vaccinations and local licensing and proof
of homeowner insurance must be supplied. These things help assure all members
that the dogs in the Corral are healthy and properly vaccinated and insured.
We are confident that this reduction in the membership fee will bring in many
new members, while enabling the Corral to continue being self-sustaining.
So, if you are not already a member of the Canine Corral, stop by The Lodge and
pick up an application for membership. Your dog will thank you for it!
