FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | JUNE 2022 65 For motorcycle riders, spring, summer, and fall mean getting on the road and touring; that's exactly what the Four Seasons Motorcycle Club (MC) is doing. In May, the MC went on a five- day ride to the Grand Canyon. Details and pictures of the ride will appear in the next Breeze. Five members plus three guests made this ride. We took two days to get to the Grand Canyon. The third day was for touring the Grand Canyon area; the final two days got us back home. In August, a few of us are going on a ride that's not an official MC ride but, given that several of the usual suspects are participating, it's worth mentioning. I (Jim Ayala) and my wife Marjie are trailering my motorcycle to Idaho to visit family. While in Idaho, I will be going on a three-day ride through Idaho, Wyoming, and Montana along with a family member. Well, MC members Scott Snyder, Tim Mixon, and Terry Humble have decided to join us. They will head out from Beaumont for Wyoming where we will join up. For Scott, Tim, and Terry this will be at least a nine-day round-trip ride. Fun! Then in October, the MC will again head for Arizona for what we are calling our "White Mountains ride." This will be a four day ride taking in the beautiful White Mountains area. This is one of those journeys that you just have to experience on a motorcycle. Several MC members have already signed up for this one. If you are not familiar with the Four Seasons MC and think you may want to join, just know that every year we go on two or three multi-day rides like the ones described above. In recent years we have gone to northern California, Utah and Arizona. Regardless of the destination, these always turn out to be fun and memorable journeys. When we are not on our multi-day rides, we join up for our weekly day rides. Weather permitting, we meet up at The Lodge parking lot on Thursdays and we head out promptly at 9 am. Our destination changes weekly and these are usually 100 to 200 miles in length, round trip. Whether it's a multi-day journey or just a Thursday ride, it's all about motorcycle enthusiasts sharing the love of riding. If you would like to know more about the MC, you can call Terry Humble, President, at (909) 706-2298 or Jim Ayala, VP, at (951) 392- 6259 or Joe Bert, Secretary, at (909) 767-1484. ~ Jim Ayala Motorcycle Club
