FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | JULY 2022 57
The Four Seasons Pickleball group would like to wish you all a safe
and happy Fourth of July.
It takes several people to keep our group in touch and growing.
Long-time resident Irma Peterson has been our group secretary for
six years. She and her husband moved here from Soldotna, Alaska 11
years ago. In Alaska, she was a teacher and taught grades K through
4th grade for 34 years.
Irma said, "When we started wintering here at Four Seasons, I wanted to meet people,
and learning to play Pickleball helped me to do that and enjoy a new sport. I did play
tennis and racquetball, but nothing like Pickleball."
Our Four Seasons Pickleball family is truly that, a family. It is a fun, caring group of
residents who not only come together to have fun on the courts but also help anyone when
off the courts."
With that said, come on down and enjoy our beautiful Pickleball courts and get to know
the family! We play most mornings starting at 7 am. Afternoon play is at 4 pm. No paddle
sport experience? No problem. We have volunteers who are here to teach beginners.
See you on the courts. Play on players! ~ Yundell Montalbo-Linton, yundell@aol.com

Our summer session continues meeting at The Courts Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 11 am to 1
pm. Many residents have asked about the level of volleyball "skill" necessary to participate in our games. The
answer is absolutely none! We play for a little low-impact exercise and a lot of fun. No experience necessary;
anyone can play. We look forward to welcoming you to our group. ~ Mel Harkin, odeegos@yahoo.com
