FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | JULY 2022 53
Bereavement Group
The Bereavement Group is an open group meaning anyone can
join at any time. When you don't feel you need the group anymore,
you can stop coming. In fact, we have members who have come for
a while, left, and when needed, have comeback for a few weeks. The
group is a warm and caring group of people who understand what
one goes through after the death of a spouse, child, pet, etc. Often
we feel as if we are "losing our minds" as we go through the various
stages of grief. The group is very supportive and members will be
able to relate to what you are feeling and will let you know that what
you are going through is similar to what they have felt. There is
comfort in knowing you are not the only one feeling a certain way. We
are non-judgmental and, because what we say in the group stays in
the group, you can definitely speak your mind. If you think it might
be a little uncomfortable for you to talk, please know that no one is
forced to speak. You talk when you want to talk and you share what
you want to share. The group is yours to get out of it what you need.
The group is facilitated by Becky KG. For more information,
please contact Becky at (951) 524-0215 or email at beckykg_1@

you. ~ Becky Kotzin-Gustafson
Jewish Cultural Club
The Jewish Movie Night is back! It will be held on July 17 at 5 pm in
The Lodge. The film we will show is The Other Son (by French writer/
Director Lorraine Levy). It's a story about two baby boys, one an Israeli
and the other a Palestinian, who were switched at birth. This drama
unfolds in many unexpected ways, and delivers an amazing story of
how two families on the opposite ends of the political spectrum find
a way to accept the truth, and live with its consequences. The story
gives hope to a world in conflict. Refreshments will be served before
the movie.
Please contact us via Perry Goldstein, at perry.goldstein@gmail.com,
if you have any questions. We hope to see you there. ~ Perry Goldstein
