This support group, presented by Kristi Necochea, is designed to help educate and support those who are caring for a loved one with a dementia diagnosis. We meet the second Thursday of each month. HEARING AID CHECK Thursday, July 21, 9 to 10:30 am. This free service is provided by Johnson and Johnson every third Thursday of the month in the Clubhouse Card Room. There is no charge for this service. TECH TALK Wednesday, July 13, 9 to 10 am. If your cellphones or tablets frustrate you, and you have questions about them, come to the Meeting Room the second Wednesday of each month and we will help you out. There is no cost to attend and no need to RSVP. Aug. 27- Sept. 10 - England, Scotland, Wales • Sept. 18-25 - St. Louis, Branson, Memphis, Nashville Oct. 7-12 - Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta, Santa Fe Multi-Day Excursions The Colony offers multi-day tours and cruises, which include airfare, transfers and pick up from The Colony parking lot. Below is a partial list of excursions available. Please see Kara in the Activities Office for a full itinerary and information. Sunday, July 17 - Pretty Woman at Segerstrom Center for the Performing Arts. Pretty Woman: The Musical, based on one of Hollywood's most beloved romantic stories of all time, is now on tour! Starring Broadway superstar and Tony Award®-nominee Adam Pascal as Edward Lewis and rising star Olivia Valli as the charming and charismatic Vivian Ward, Pretty Woman: The Musical springs to life with a powerhouse creative team led by two-time Tony Award®-winning director and choreographer Jerry Mitchell (Hairspray, Kinky Boots, Legally Blonde). Reserved seats in Orchestra Terrace. Before the show, enjoy time for shopping and lunch on your own at South Coast Plaza. The bus will depart at 9:30 am and return at 6 pm. Tickets are $122 per person. and must be purchased by June 1. Mark your calendars and please RSVP to secure your spot on the bus. Bus Trips!
