| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | JULY 2022 | 19
Let me use my 22 years of real estate experience in our Valley to answer your
questions and provide you with a FREE report of your home's market value!
Question of the month: Is the market starting to go down? In our local market
low inventory will keep prices from falling. Homes are still selling about 104.2% over the
listed price, and nearly 73% of homes sell for over the list price. However, the number
of homes selling now is 7.4% less than this time last year; a contributing factor is
likely the increases in interest rates.
I want to take a moment to thank our Four Seasons Event committee for their creativity, we are lucky to live in a
community with so many opportunities to get together. Did anyone participate in the Scavenger Hunt? It looked
like so much fun; I had to work that day, so I missed it, but if you did participate, I would like to hear what you
thought of it. If you see me while we are enjoying any of our summer events, please say hello, I would love a
chance to meet more of my neighbors!
The spring and summer seasons are the busiest of the year in real estate, offering you more choices
if you are hoping to make a move; there will be more homes to choose from and more people
looking to buy if you need to sell a home first. Please consider me a resource for all things real
estate related. My 23 years in real estate (selling 45-100+ homes per year) has provided me
with a wealth of experience that I am happy to share with you.
If you are not currently working with a Realtor and have questions, I am available to consult with you.
(I may publish your question in next month's issue so that everyone can benefit from the information!)
