| THE COLONY NEWS | AUGUST 2022 | 29 By Joyce Hansen What's Cookin'? Instructions: 1. Pour into greased tube or bundt pan that has been floured. 2. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, 5 minutes. Cool in pan for 1 hour. Enjoy. Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. 2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper until combined. 3. Add chicken, broccoli and cheese. 4. On prepared baking sheet, lay each crescent triangle down in a circle so that the wide side slightly overlaps to make a circle and the pointed side points out. 5. Spoon mixture evenly around the circle, then pull the dough gently over the top. Brush the dough with the beaten egg. Bake for 15 to 25 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Serve hot. Instructions: 1. Start by chopping broccoli into tiny pieces. Next, open and drain can of chicken. 2. In a large bowl, combine broccoli and chicken with cheese. Stir well so all ingredients are mixed. 3. Spoon a small amount into your crescent roll dough and roll it up. There should be enough filling for approximately 16 rolls. 4. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Remove and let cool.
