Join us on Wednesday, Aug. 17, in the Auditorium for a presentation by
Monte de Oro Winery. We will be tasting their Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay,
Vigni Vicini, Zin, Petite Syrah and Synergy 65. Appetizers will accompany
your tasting. Dinner will follow the tasting and will consist of tri-tip, au
gratin potatoes, peas and carrots, salad, and carrot cake for dessert. As
usual, if you require a vegetarian option, please let us know when you
purchase your ticket.
Ticket price for this event is $25 for members and $30 for member
guests. Remaining tickets will be sold on Monday, Aug. 1 from 10 am to
noon in the Atrium.
On Wednesday, Sept. 21, we will experience The Pleasures of Paso. The
ladies of the Board spent a week wine tasting in Paso Robles and would like
to share their experience with you. We will be tasting two whites and two
reds. This event will be outside on the patio and American Made Band will
supply the entertainment. Dinner will be pulled pork sandwiches, coleslaw,
BBQ beans, corn on the cob and dessert. Ticket price for this event is $30
for members and $35 for member guests. Tickets will be sold on
Mondays, Aug. 22 and Aug. 29 from 10 am to noon in the Atrium.
Save the date! Wilson Creek Winery will be visiting us on
Wednesday, Oct. 19.
