Young at Heart
Well, it has been a hot one so far and with this
drought upon us, we can enjoy our pools to keep cool.
We have a few fun events coming up.
Aug.18: Duffy Boats, $75 per person includes bus ride
there and back, two-hour Duffy boat ride, and dinner at the Elks
Club. You may bring appetizers and drinks on the Duffy boat. It is
eight people per boat. The bus capacity is 56 people. Please contact
Michele Walter if you are interested.
Sept. 11: NFL chili and salsa season kickoff. More to follow.
Oct. 15: Halloween Fright Delight in the North Clubhouse.
Nov. 6: Dueling Pianos in the Main Clubhouse (open to all Sun
Lakes residents)
Young at Heart is in need of someone who has
creative ideas or would like to host an event. We are
always open to new and fun activities and suggestions.

Just a reminder that if you pay for an event and cannot make it
and you want to get a replacement, please make sure the people you
are inviting are Young at Heart members. Our events are limited and
our members have priority. Most of the time I have a waiting list.
This way, I can fill your spot and get other members into the event.
