The Chorus rehearsals for the Christmas Concert will begin
Thursday, Sept. 8, from 9 to 11:15 am and continue every
Thursday (except Thanksgiving) in the Auditorium until the
weekend of the concert, which will be presented twice, on
Saturday, Dec. 3, at 7 pm and Sunday, Dec. 4, at 3 pm. Our
fun, talented director, Lorilee Bajema, has planned a fantastic
holiday program titled Starry, Starry Night. The music will
be full of wonder, inspired by snow, ice and stars. We'll sing
newer classics like Frozen and Polar Express, remade Hallelujah
(Leonard Cohen), and the beautiful song Vincent (Starry,
Starry Night). There will also be festive melodies and sing-a-
longs to round out the program.
Please come ready to sing wonderful music, be enchanted,
and fill your heart with glorious memories. What a perfect way
to start the holiday season!
Members' dues for this concert are $20, and checks should be
made out to Colony Chorus.
