New Clogging classes for beginners start Tuesday, Sept. 6, in
the Auditorium. Beginner's class is from 4:30 to 5:15 pm and
Intermediates from 5:15 to 6 pm. The first class is FREE so
you can "try before you buy." After that, it is $5 per class with a
great instructor. All you need are soft leather-bottomed shoes,
or our instructor will loan you clogging shoes until you decide
whether you want to buy your own.
Clogging is a form of American Folk Dance with taps on the
shoes. It's FUN and a way to exercise your body and brain.
Studies show that dancing is a major tool in the fight against
Alzheimer's and dementia. If you're interested, please call me
at the above number.
