Kathy Guzman is our Landscape Operations Director.
She is an employee of Keystone Pacific, our HOA
Management Company. Kathy works with the residents
and the volunteers on the Master Board Landscape
Committee (LC) to oversee plants and trees in the
Master common areas of OHCC. This does not include
our front yards which are maintained by the separate
villages. The MBLC is responsible for the following:
A twice monthly investigation of all work orders
submitted by residents. We personally drive to each
location to make an assessment of the tree or plant
work being requested. Our recommendation of any
work needed is made to the MB, and, if approved, work
commences soon thereafter.
The LC maintains a list of plants and trees which we
have found to be desirable in our community. Plants
chosen have proved to be relatively pest-free, drought
tolerant, non-poisonous, requiring low maintenance,
and highly flowering for most of the year.
The LC also meets on the fourth Friday of every
month to discuss administrative issues
