As the current edition of Life in Solera goes to press, the RV Group would have had its first
guest speaker, CHP Officer Becerra. Planning is underway for a live fire extinguisher class
taught by our local Cal-Fire Station 66. Other future guest speakers will include local RV
service vendors and dealers.
The RV Group is currently planning camping trips to Lake Skinner, Vail Lake (Temecula)
and Quartzsite, Arizona. We try to schedule camping trips every quarter of the year to
include a variety of campgrounds and RV parks. For now, we are keeping the camping trips
local. As we progress as a group, longer and more distant campouts will be planned.
Our monthly meetings are held on the second Friday at 3 pm in Oakmont 1. You do not
have to own an RV to be a member of the group. Many RV parks and campgrounds offer
cabins or trailers to rent.
Now, lets get off that couch and go camping the Solera way. For more information about

Hey Solera…down on your CHIPS? Up on your
LUCK? Then you need to be at the Tuesday Night
Poker game. We currently have 20+ players, and all the
ladies and gents of our group would like to extend an
invitation to you to come.
Texas Hold'em is the game played. If you're a "long
ago" player or someone interested in learning to play
the game, please come one evening.
Our group plays every Tuesday and play starts at 4
