Well, he will be a happy man for the next two month with all the pumpkin foods and drinks available with that wonderful flavor. Francisco has been working on adding some pumpkin menu choices as well. He's thinking of such things as pumpkin pancakes, waffles, French toast, bread, muffins, cake, cookies and pie as some possibilities. Do you have a favorite pumpkin recipe or food choice you have missed eating lately? Write it on a slip of paper and put in the silver-colored flowerpot near the "Brunch for Two" container. That will help Francisco know your preferences and also help him decide what to make. Halloween festivities are a big part of closing out October, but I guess we at Four Seasons are not into partying with costumes as I have heard nothing about a Halloween event. I'm sure Francisco will be serving up some brats and sauerkraut or red cabbage. I haven't heard of him serving schnitzel, but he might try if enough people requested it. So watch for and read the email blast with the "Menu Specials" and then think Oktoberfest; you might want to bring along a beer.
