Lovin' You… If you have a favorite picture that makes your heart
sing, whether it's with your partner from a first date to a wedding
or with your lovable pet, we would love for you to share it with
our readers. Please have a caption along with the picture. Email

CROOKED CREEK
GATE The transponder
reader (photo right) was changed in August
due to the reader failing. Technology has
changed and new readers will not read the
old black-brick transponders as shown:
New reader: All of the black-brick
transponders (photo right) do not work
now at the Crooked Creek Gate and have
never worked at the Breckenridge Gate.
Owners can exchange their black-brick
transponder for a sticker transponder, free
of charge until Oct. 7. Please help spread the word to your friends
and neighbors about this exchange.
If you already have a sticker transponder, you do not need to do
anything; they will still work at all three gates.
Please bring your obsolete transponder to the RCN front desk and
we will exchange that for a new window tag at no cost to you.
NEW PROCESS FOR GATE CALLS In an effort to help
streamline the process for adding a guest to the gate system,
dwellingLIVE; starting in October owners can call The Summit
or The Courts to add someone to their list. The Summit's phone
number is (951) 769-6444 and the number for the Courts is
(951) 845-4865. Owners always have the option of logging into
dwellingLIVE themselves to manage their guest list. There is a link
on our website, www.fourseasonsbeaumont.org, we understand
that the comfort level for technologies varies greatly within the
community.
SLOW DOWN A reminder that I give at each Open Session Board
Meeting is to slow down. Once you are home behind the gates,
speeding or not fully stopping at stop signs will only save you a few
seconds of time. Speed limits are 30 mph on the Circle, 25 mph
on all side streets and 15 mph in parking lots. Please slow down
and drive responsibly. Also please use the sidewalks if you are a
pedestrian. ~ Eric Zarr, eric.zarr@fsresidential.com, (909) 991-
