FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | OCTOBER 2022 17
During the month of September our Neighborhood Watch Steering
Committee planned two well-attended events in our Lodge Ballroom.
The first event occurred on Sept. 7. A representative of the
California Highway Patrol presented a "Safe Driving for Seniors" class
that was two hours long. We can all benefit from a refresher course
in safe driving and, hopefully, our auto insurance companies may
provide a discount as a result of completing the course. Contact your
insurance company to see if you are eligible for a discount based on
this course's attendance and certificate received.
The second event was on Sept. 14. Dr. K. Singh, Director of
Emergency Department Medicine, spoke about the Robotic and
Stroke Department as well as the new methods being used by San
Gorgonio Memorial Hospital. Dr. Singh answered many questions
during and after his presentation.
Thank you Dr. Singh for taking the time to make this presentation
and bringing our residents up to date on the department, and the
methods currently being used at San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital.
In the past, Dr. Singh has made presentations at Four Seasons and
Sun Lakes about COVID-19 and its treatment, and about emergency
services available at San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital.
Please be careful when driving through our Four Seasons
community. Whether you are driving a car, golf cart, electric bike
or regular pedal bike, you must completely stop at all the stop signs,
obey the 30 MPH speed on Four Seasons Circle, 25 MPH on Green
Creek Trail, as well as other residential streets, and yield the right-of-
way to vehicles already in the roundabouts.
Wishing all our residents a very happy and safe October as we all
enjoy the wonderful amenities at our Four Seasons community.
Thank you to our Block Captains, members of Neighborhood
Watch, and our Steering Committee for all you do to help keep our
residents informed and our community safe. ~ Jerry Monahan,
