FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | OCTOBER 2022 51
Seasoned Solos
Hello friends and neighbors! How hot was
it? The excessive heat kept some of us from
attending great outdoor concerts, but the
strong prevailed!
Last month we planned to attend live
concerts every week at the Redlands Bowl,
three concerts at Repplier Park in Banning
along with the concert at Four Seasons. The
"die hard" music fans overlooked the heat and
had a great time.
We had a game day at the RCN and dinner
at El Charro. A trip to Idyllwild for lunch at the
Restaurant Gastrognome was enjoyed by all
with good conversations all day.
Several of us attended the Music and
Margaritas event at the Kopper Kettle and
really enjoyed the talented piano playing by
Luke who works at our Lodge. Good food and
music were hits and after dinner we relocated
to the lobby to continue enjoying Luke's
performance.
The Solos used the lunch coupon in the
Breeze and made the drive to the Oak Glen
Steakhouse. The food was really tasty and
the beautiful drive through the mountains
was relaxing and refreshing. Breakfast/lunch
at Billy Reed's in Palm Springs was also fun
where the food never disappoints.
Sound like fun? It is, so come join us!
Maybe ask your fellow single neighbor to join
you and come to our next meeting Oct. 7 at 6
pm at The Lodge Arts & Crafts Room. It will
be great to meet you and we will welcome you
with smiles, fun and friendship.
