Young at Heart Well, just as we thought it was going to cool down, we get another heat wave. Again, unfortunately our September NFL event had to be canceled. The Elk's Club is now charging for a bartender and we must now rent the room. Plus, our USTA ladies team is going to sectionals that same day and I didn't have anyone to cover setting up and taking down. Maybe we will try this again for the NFL playoffs the end of January. With that being said, just have to let everyone know the duffy boat trip was a huge success. The weather was absolutely perfect, the ocean incredible. We had dinner at the Elk's Lodge and let me tell you the dinner was spectacular. Oct. 30 – Halloween Fright Delight/South Clubhouse, 6 to 9 pm, $20 per person. You will not want to miss this event. There will be games, entertainment, prizes, dinner and surprises! Make checks payable to YAH, if you have a table please submit all checks together. A flyer will be sent out to all members. We are open to new and fun activities.
