MOVIE NIGHTS MOVIE NIGHTS All movies are free and are shown in the Auditorium at 6:30 pm unless otherwise noted. Hearing assist devices will be provided upon request. There will be a limited number of tables provided as well as comfortable chair seating. Feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks from home; popcorn will be provided. Abigail, a divorced mother of two, is struggling to balance the dynamics within her dysfunctional family as she attempts to cultivate new love. Her father, Eugene, has a degenerative condition that he and his wife, Barbara, refuse to accept, and her brother, Nathan, has been estranged from the family for decades. Starring Natalie Wood, George Chakiris, Rita Moreno, Russ Tamblyn, Richard Beymer. Two youngsters from rival New York City gangs fall in love, but tensions between their respective friends build toward tragedy. Best Picture: West Side Story Best Actor: Maximilian Schell – Judgment at Nuremberg as Hans Rolfe Best Actress: Sophia Loren – Two Women as Cesira Santa Monica Civic Auditorium in Santa Monica, California. They were hosted by Bob Hope; this was the 13th time Hope hosted the Oscars. Correction with Academy Awards Best Picture winners: Lawrence of Arabia won Best Film in 1963, West Side Story took home the award in 1962.
