baboons. I saw hundreds of baboons! Oh my, are those little
baboons cute, and just like a two-year-old running and doing
somersaults and fighting with their cousins. Occasionally, we
drove around a corner and had a herd of elephants in the road,
or zebras or buffalo. It wasn't nonstop animals; sometimes it
was a bit of challenge to find them in the bush, while other times
the bush opened to plains dotted with animals. Everywhere we
traveled we were serenaded by multicolored birds; I must have
taken 500 photos of the birds. I will be putting my photos on a
photography website before the end of the year and will publish
the address as soon as the photos are online for anyone interested
in seeing more photos of my amazing trip to Africa.

Every tent camp should have a swimming pool like
this one on Lake Kariba.
