FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | NOVEMBER 2022 33
DID YOU KNOW Did you know our entry gate equipment upgrade and transponder swap is still underway? If you are in possession
of the original black plastic transponder you were given when purchasing your home, the bad news is that it will no longer work. The good
news is that you can make use of it as a funky paper weight, or you can bring it the management office at your earliest convenience to swap it
out for one of our much more functional $12 transponder window stickers.
DID YOU KNOW that each address within Four Seasons has two unique codes assigned to it, which can allow you easy entry into
the community after hours? Each code has its own important function. The Directory Code is the number we encourage you to give out to
vendors, friends, and family who may be entering the community after the gate house has closed. When a guest enters the Directory Code
into the Potrero Gatehouse call box, it will ring the phone number you previously assigned to your address. When you answer the phone, you'll
have the opportunity to communicate with your guest through the call box. When you'd like to grant them entry into the community simply
push the number 9 on your phone keypad and the front gate will open to your guest. The second code we have assigned to your address is the
Personal Entry Code. This code we encourage you to keep personal and private. When this code is entered into the Potrero Gatehouse call box,
there is no vetting process. The gate will automatically open. This code is meant to supplement entry for homeowners who find themselves
attempting to enter in a vehicle that does not have a transponder. Concerned about remembering these codes? Simply program them into the
contacts section of your cell phone so you'll always have it with you. If you'd like to confirm your two codes, please call The Lodge to inquire.
