Step it Up Line Dancing
It's finally here. The cooler weather is so much
nicer to dance in, and we've been dancing our
socks off. We had our September Barn Burner Line
Dance Party and what a party it was. I've never seen
so many dancers on the floor most of the night, and
it's such a great feeling as a teacher knowing they
are taking it so seriously. Thank you all for making my
job worth it.
We started a new basic beginner class and have some really
dedicated dancers. We have also been learning some partner
dances and people seem to really enjoy them. It's great to see so
many men coming to class now also and wanting to learn to dance
with their significant other. That's a true life partner.
We even took our show on the road with a really fun evening of
dancing at the Calimesa Country Club in conjunction with some
karaoke. As you can see from the picture many showed up and
showed the crowd some of the new dances that they have been
learning. I was so proud of everyone as they truly seemed to have
a fun time.
I teach with a variety of music to line dance steps, not just country,
so there is something for everyone. Come out and give it a try; you
might be surprised how well you do and how much you will enjoy it.
