14 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | NOVEMBER 2022 Whether you moved into Four Seasons a few days, several months or years ago, you may not be aware of all the amenities offered to our residents. For instance, each of the three community buildings have barbecues and meeting rooms that may be reserved by any resident. All three facilities also have informal gathering places, such as pools, spas, lobbies, lounge areas, or loggias, that are available for use by any resident when the facility is open. Our in-house restaurant, The Bistro, is always a popular spot. Need something for a quiet family night at home? Residents may borrow books, puzzles, or DVDs at The Lodge. Need time to reflect or just have a quiet walk? Our series of walking trails offer a relaxing respite. There are also four pocket parks and a Veteran's Park located within the community. In the mood for a concert? Check out the schedule for the Amphitheater. Dog owners and gardeners rejoice, there is a Canine Corral and a community garden is being planned. One of the great things about living in Four Seasons Beaumont is there is always something going on — classes, activities, events, and a wide assortment of clubs. You can keep track of these via the Breeze, Daily Report, the Activities Blast and our website, fourseasonsbeaumont.org. Residents may obtain a password at The Lodge so they can register for and log onto the website where they can sign up to receive the Daily Report and Activities Blast. The FirstService Residential Management office is in the RCN Building, which is behind The Lodge, the entrance to the office is on the east side of The Lodge. The staff at the front desks in all the facilities should be able to answer inquiries regarding services, issues, or the locations and times of activities in all the community buildings. Below is a reference guide to the amenities available within the Four Seasons community. PLEASE NOTE: Amenities are only available to residents, be they owners or long-or-short-term renters, who are properly registered with the HOA. Unfortunately, when a home is resold or sublet, the new residents are not always advised by the previous owner/ occupant that they must inform the management office that tenancy has changed. Please advise FirstService Residential staff when tenancy has changed, either through a sale or rental. It is the only way to ensure all residents can enjoy full use of the wonderful amenities offered. Reminder to all residents: It is your responsibility to accompany your guests when they are using any of the facilities.
