DID YOU KNOW? DID YOU KNOW?
DID YOU KNOW that there is a wealth of information on
the Sun Lakes website? You just need to know where to look. Here's
a little primer:
• Log onto the website - sunlakescc.com. Go to the right hand
corner and click the three lines (it's called a 'hamburger' and looks
like this: ).. This will open a screen with all the areas you may
search.
• If you want to know what events and entertainment are coming
up with the Recreation Department, click on "Recreation." This will
bring up tabs for Calendar, Event, Trips, and Entertainment. Follow
these down for the information you want.
• The tab for Golf and the Restaurant will also show you similar
links with more links inside of those to take you deeper. You can even
access the GHIN website to post your score.
• There is a tab for KLCC Channel 97 with the broadcast line up as
well as videos that highlight clubs and upcoming events.
• If you're looking for information about our community, there is a
tab called Community Info (clever, huh?) that has links to several bits
of information including the Community Awareness Program, EPAP,
our governing documents, informational videos, current projects,
and so much more.
• Lifestyles Magazine with access to past issues, Spectrum, a list of
clubs and groups and social media links are all accessible here too.
The website is an important resource and is constantly being
updated and improved. It is a great 'first step' when you're looking
for information. And if you can't find what you want, let the
Administrative office know so they can quickly update it.
DID YOU KNOW that appropriate holiday decorations
may be displayed outside a residence to commemorate recognized
holidays for 30 days prior and 10 days after the holiday? With this
in mind, let the festivities
begin! Thanksgiving is
just around the corner
with Hanukkah and
Christmas not far
behind. Decorate to
your heart's content
so we may all enjoy
the warmth and
celebration of this
year's holiday season.
