Carol was born in December of 1930 to Adam and Theresa Kubacki. She graduated from Manistee High School in 1949. On August 24, 1957, she married Patrick (Pat) Glocheski and they had two daughters, Linda and Paula. Carol was employed by the Packaging Corporation of America in Manistee, MI and for 25 years, held administrative positions with the State of Michigan until her retirement. In 1998, Pat and Carol relocated to Sun Lakes where they enjoyed their retirement years and could be near to their two daughters and grandchildren. She developed many new friendships at Sun Lakes. Up until recently, Carol played golf and also enjoyed playing and watching bocce ball. She was an avid reader and always had a book nearby. Carol remained a loyal Michigan and Michigan State sports fan. She recently became a L.A. Dodgers fan. Carol took trips back to Michigan to visit family and friends and attend special occasions. She also went on many local sightseeing and day trips with her Sun Lakes friends. She had a flair for style, always dressed fashionably, and decorated their home for holidays. Entertaining, cooking and hosting family gatherings gave her special joy. Carol's life was one of caring and selfless giving. She placed family above all and held each and every one of them in her loving heart. Carol liked to attend various events and gatherings around Sun Lakes and eagerly prepared delicious desserts for all to enjoy. Carol is survived by her husband Patrick, of nearly 65 years. She was a loving and dedicated Mother to Linda (Joseph) Iparaguirre and Paula (Charles) Cardenas. She was a proud and doting Grandmother to Joey, Philip, Brittany Iparaguirre and Emily Morrow. Carol was privileged to be a caring grandma to Shaun Morrow, Alese Morrow and to great-grandchildren Andrew and Austin, and to David (Kelly) Cardenas and to great-grandchildren Charlotte and Nixon. Carol was preceded in death by her parents and her four siblings and their spouses. She was a parishioner of St. Mary's Catholic Chapel in Banning and an Auxiliary Member of the American Legion. Carol was an active member of the Sun Lakes Executive Golfers Club and of the Friends of Bocce Ball Club. Carol made a loving impression on everyone she knew and will be deeply missed, yet always fondly remembered.
