ARTICLE 8 - FINES AND PENALTIES This Schedule is established pursuant to Article 8, Section 8.5, of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for The Colony at California Oaks (CC&Rs). In accordance with Civil Code section 5850 and the Homeowners Association's governing documents, the Board hereby approves and ratifies the following fee schedule for violations of the Homeowners Association's Governing Documents including Rules & Regulations and CC&Rs. This schedule applies to Owners, tenants and lessees. Owners shall include a provision in their rental or lease agreements requiring their tenants and lessees to abide by the Homeowners Association's Governing Documents and to be responsible for the payment of any fines imposed pursuant to this schedule.
