The Friendship Club is dark in December because of all the holiday parties in the community, so here's a look at the show on Jan. 8: Since their debut, The Long Run - Experience The Eagles, ("TLR") has earned its place among the top-drawing acts in North America and is widely regarded as the finest Eagles show working today. TLR performs year-round, bringing this ageless music to audiences worldwide. In addition to their extensive travel throughout the United States, TLR's career has taken the act on multiple tours of Southeast Asia, Sri Lanka, the Philippines, Canada, Mexico, and Australia. TLR's Eagles Unplugged is an intimate concert experience, performed with acoustic guitars and six voices in harmony. Filled with stories, playful banter, and TLR's personality, the show is packed with beloved Eagles hits like Take It Easy, Witchy Woman, Hotel California, Lyin' Eyes, Peaceful Easy Feeling, Life In The Fast Lane, One Of These Nights, Take It To The Limit, and many, many more. Sun Lakes residents are invited to join the Friendship Club and enjoy Vegas-style entertainment up close and personal. Membership fee is $25 per person for the year. Tickets for each show beginning in January are $25 for members, and $30 for non-resident guests. Doors open at 6 pm with open seating, and the show begins at 7 pm. Make checks out to Friendship Club, and drop them off at 5168 Rio Bravo Drive. Contact new membership chairman Leon Fikse at (909) 831-3809 or Lfikse@ msn.com for more information.
