We have a club meeting on the first Wednesday of the month, an 8-Ball tournament on the second Wednesday of the month, and a 9-Ball tournament on the fourth Wednesday of the month. We are back on schedule to be playing two additional 8-Ball tournaments each month with Solera Oak Valley, one there, second Monday of the month and one here on fourth Monday of the month. The results are in for the month of July as we played two tournaments with Solera. Congratulations to Solera as they came away with the wins again. Their address is 1615 Fairway Drive in Beaumont. Jim continued his winning streak and came away the winner. Congratulations to Jim Kelley this month's 8-ball champion and Leo Babin runner-up. I enjoy all our beautiful four seasons but it seems the temperatures really climbed this summer. Beginning the first of the new year, Barbara Morton will be taking over the leadership for our Curly Cues group. We will continue to play and help out as needed. We really enjoy our Monday mornings with the girls. Barbara has been in the group since we started and is a great player. She also plays in Billiards for Fun and has placed first and second in past tournaments. Come down and give us a try — Mondays from 10 am to 12 pm. Merry Christmas! Happy Holidays!
