FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | JANUARY 2023 57 Your Four Seasons 8-Ball Club wishes everyone at Four Seasons a healthy, happy, and prosperous 2023. We practice on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 6:30 to 9 pm. We meet on the first Wednesday of each month, an 8-Ball Tournament on the second Wednesday of the month, and a 9-Ball Tournament on the fourth Wednesday of each month. We have been back to playing two additional 8-Ball Tournaments each month with Solera Oak Valley — one there, on the second Monday of the month and one here on the fourth Monday of the month. In December, we played two tournaments with Solera, getting our second and third win to cap off our 2022 season. Congrats to all those who competed. Solera's address is 1615 Fairway Drive, in Beaumont. In October's 8-Ball Tournament, we had 12 players compete ending with Doug Strenger as the winner and John Johnson as runner-up. In November's 8-Ball Tournament, we had 13 players compete, finishing with Larry Rice as the champion and Joy Collins as the runner-up. Eight players competed in October's in-house, 9-Ball Tournament. Larry Rice came from the loser bracket to defeat Bella Capra to win the tournament. Thirteen players competed in November's in-house, 9-Ball Tournament. In the third round, Rick Steckler lost a match but returned to meet Larry Rice in the final match.
