I have been in contact with the Pass Action Group about an
update on their efforts to reverse the approval of the Banning Point
Warehouse. PAG Representative Randy Robbins has stated the legal
process is continuing, and as reported in last month's Breeze article,
their brief is due to Judge Reimer on Dec. 9, 2022. The next step would
be the City of Banning and Creation Equity brief due to Judge Reimer
on Feb. 7, 2023.
The legal filings and responses take a lot of preparation and time
for PAG's legal committee and their attorneys.
Fundraising is continuing for the legal fees and other necessary
expenses. If you would like to donate to this effort to reverse the
approval of the Banning Point Warehouse, you can send checks to
