6 | Four Seasons Hemet Herald | FEBRUARY 2023 | February is not only our shortest month of the year but it also seems to be the speediest because it is here already. Maybe it's because Cupid is busy aiming love arrows — trying to outshine the welcome and expected gifts of roses and chocolate candy. Francisco hasn't told me what the special for Valentine's Day is yet, but we will work on something that will excite and satisfy your expectations. When the Blast menu announcements come out, please make those much needed reservations – you will make BIG points with the love of your life and the Bistro. Margie Culton and sister Patti Jones along with their fantastic and willing volunteers did another outstanding job of welcoming in 2023. Francisco and his staff thank you for the rave reviews for the scrumptious food and speedy service. Prior to dinner, the live entertainment set the mood for a great evening to come. Music sets the mode for the night and opens your heart and mind to just enjoy what is happening. If you are sipping your third Diet Coke, admit it, food is now on your mind. Thank God you were able to pre- select your choices of protein, veggies, and calories. Who needs that pressure to make those auspicious decisions on the spot when you're busy having fun? Once nourished and energized you are ready for more fun and dancing. All this music and fun does not come free and it's even more pricey for holiday gigs, especially New Year's Eve because they are more in demand. You receive the ultimate for your buck, which includes entertainment, an outstanding meal, and a band to dance the night away. You don't pay $8 for a glass of wine or $12 for a margarita because you or your friends brought the drinks from home. New Year's Eve events here at Four Seasons are exceptional! The Bistro is the backbone of our events, and Francisco, through the Bistro Liaisons, will work with you in every way we can. Please know how indispensable he and the Bistro are to our everyday life, as well as our many special holidays! Thank you all! New homeowners to Four Seasons, Mike and Laurie Montgomery are the lucky couple to win the "Free Sunday Brunch for Two" drawing. Julie Shutt at the front desk did the honor of pulling their ticket. Congratulations to them and say hello if you happen to bump into them.
