Jack & Jill By Dennis Murphy, 951-461-0457 The monthly tournament on Dec. 8 had a gathering of 14 foursomes, providing 56 golfers vying for first place position in the most popular "Pick Your Own Foursome" competition. This is always a spirited event and a hotly contested one. The weather was cool at tee time but warmed up quickly, for a very hospitable day on the links. As is usually the case, we had a few good laughs about the events that occurred throughout the year. Our next contest is set for Thursday, Feb. 9, and will be the popular venue of "A & B Format." As with all Jack and Jill events, you DO NOT have to be a member of either the Men's or Women's Golf Club's to play. Just pick up your sticks and join us for the fun and friendly competition.
