It saddens me to say that even though Management has acted in good faith
on behalf of the Board of Directors and the Governing Documents of the
Association in providing plenty of time to submit the Age Verification Form,
not everyone has. Solera Diamond Valley is currently at risk of losing their
status of a 55 and Older Active Community. What does that mean? It means
that the majority of the occupancy of the homes in Solera Diamond Valley
Community will no longer be restricted to persons 55 and older. I have
been told numerous times by several homeowners that having the status of
55 and Older Active Community is a major part of why people purchased
their home here, and in many cases the only part! It is very important that
everyone participate in this practice every two years.
By this time, if Management has not received a form for every person
residing in your home, a letter was sent to each homeowner advising that
a $100 fine will be charged to your individual account for failure to comply
with the State, Federal, and Association regulations. If you have any further
questions, please contact Luke Petersen, Concierge via email at luke.
