6 SOLERA DIAMOND VALLEY | FEBRUARY 2023 As I'm writing this article for February, I have just finished my first meeting with my Recreation Committee where we have outlined the events for this year and I am so excited. We will be hosting our SDV Activities Day on Fri., Feb. 3. This is an opportunity for our new and seasoned residents to come out and learn about the Community website, event registration, committees, clubs, and groups. Edward Jones will be here on Thursday, February 9th with a special guest from JP Morgan as well as a sweet surprise for all attendees. We will have our Annual Superbowl watch party on Sun., Feb. 12, so whip up your favorite treats to share and come enjoy the game and party with your friends at The Lodge. Be sure to register for our Pal-entines event on Tues., Feb. 14. Join us for an evening of fun, food, music, and dancing. Featuring the charismatic live singer Lex Borja, and a catered Italian pasta dinner. Celebrate Fat Tuesday in style by joining us on Tuesday, February 21st for the incomparable jazz stylings of Yolanda Johnson. We will be serving up ice-cold Hurricanes at this fun lounge night. Guests are welcome to bring their favorite snacks and drinks to enjoy during the performance.
