FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | FEBRUARY 2023 11 Our HOA has a dedicated committee to address our community's future. Did you notice the variety of features and amenities at Four Seasons' Beaumont upon your first visit? I know that I did. Not only was it apparent that there were lovely model homes to consider for one's personal lifestyle, the multiple array of amenities were also so appealing. I shared a video of our community to my family members as I reviewed my retirement future and possible ownership out here in Beaumont which was quite a departure from my previous housing. Multiple family members of mine exclaimed, "Gosh sis, it looks like you are moving to a deluxe resort!" Indeed, I've experienced countless instances in which I contemplate how fortunate I am to have retired into this kind of luxury. Without a doubt, our residents recognize the vision required to create this premier community we enjoy. With that, it was acknowledged by our HOA Board that a planning committee was essential to research options and address future needs to maintain our investment, preserve neighborhood satisfaction, and attract new buyers to keep pace with comparable retirement choices. The Community Planning Committee has an overarching purpose, chiefly long range planning. Our committee charter establishes the responsibility to craft a master plan, research innovations and maintenance of our common structures, oversee open area land utilization and facilitate modifications/additions to our buildings and grounds. We employ optimal strategies, including residential surveys, to ensure that our community remains a vital and desirable place to live. Community Planning volunteers engage in lively dialogue, keep current with lifestyle trends, and research physical, social, and economic topics in service to our charter. Our volunteers have extensive backgrounds and talents in engineering, facilities management, architecture, operations analysis/efficiency, food sales, and distribution management and directing school operations. We participate as volunteers for this committee to share our skills and experience as an expression of our gratitude to be in community with our fellow Four Seasons residents and our desire to ensure that we manage needs that arise as we move forward in the years to come.
