Association Solar (PPA): The community has a current
opportunity to have solar power generated at the different clubhouses
that would satisfy the electricity needs of the clubhouses. Please
take a moment to vote as this would be a long term contract that the
Board needs membership approval. For more information on this

Board Election: This year the Board has three seats up for
election. The deadline to put your application in is on Thursday,
Feb. 2. The form needed, and other information, is online at www.
fourseasonsbeaumont.org/election
The community is governed and run by the elected Board
of Directors. The committees also play an integral part of how
the Association runs and are always looking for homeowner
participation. Please consider giving your time and expertise to the
Association.
Slow Down: A reminder I give at each Open Session Board Meeting
is to slow down. Once you are home behind the gates speeding or
not stopping at stop signs will only save you a few seconds of time.
Speed limits are 30 mph on the Circle, 25 mph on all side streets and
15 mph in parking lots. Please slow down and drive responsibly. If
