FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | FEBRUARY 2023 63 Fishing Club Well, the doctor told me I had mono and I will be out of it for around nine months. I guess that means I am going to be weak and miss a lot of fishing. I will have to write about fishing trips that I went on in the past. At the time of this writing I am very weak and not able to think clearly. I am sorry, but I will make it up to you in future articles. Tight lines to all my fishing buddies and remember to go fishing if you are up to it. ~ Richard Carrasco, ricarrasco52@gmail.com The e-Bike Club hasn't gotten up and running for several reasons, not the least of which is the weather. However, we still plan on meeting the first Thursday of each month for a casual, unplanned ride (weather permitting). If you are willing and have the time to help with organizing and maintaining contact with our growing membership, please contact me. Electrical bikes continue to gain popularity throughout the United States. Colorado has enacted a rebate for purchases of e-bikes statewide and several cities, including Atlanta and San Francisco, have announced rebates or vouchers for residents who commit to using them for primary transportation. California through California Air Resources Board (CARB) will roll out a voucher program in the first quarter of 2023 to provide $750 or $1,000 for various types of e-Bikes. (More information will be provided in future articles.) In the meantime, please look for more information via the Daily Report for upcoming details about the e-Bike Club. Contact me at (801) 815-5302 or cooleyaudit@gmail.com. ~ Steve Cooley, Founder (hopefully soon to be replaced by a President and others) e-Bike Club
