The Sun Lakes Country Club Homeowners Association Annual Meeting of the Membership and Election of Directors will be held on Wed., April 12, 2023, at 9 am, in the Main Clubhouse Ballroom (850 Country Club Drive, Banning, CA 92220). There will be three open positions on the Board of Directors. The two elected directors, with the highest number of votes, will serve a two-year term. The elected director, with the third highest number of votes, will serve a one-year term. Any homeowner interested in running for the Board of Directors should fill out a Candidacy Form. The Candidacy Form is available in the Administration Office and must be returned no later than 5 pm on Wed., Feb. 8, 2023. The Inspector of Election will review each Candidacy Form it receives and place all eligible candidates on the ballot. A "Meet the Candidates" forum will be conducted in the Main Clubhouse Ballroom. Members will be given the opportunity to ask candidates, running for the Board, questions. The Forum will be held on Wed., March 1, 2023, at 4 pm. The Member of Record date is Wed., Feb. 15, 2023, and ballots will be mailed to each homeowner on Fri., March 10, 2023.
