The winter rains brought unwanted gifts to Potrero Creek. Once the rainy season is over (March), we will remove the items from the creek
bed. Residents are reminded that they are not allowed into the creek/conservancy area and the HOA is subject to severe fines if "volunteers"

Conservancy
Just a reminder, if you intend to install solar before the new
rates become effective, you must have your application in for ARC
review this month. The meetings are March 1 and 15 with complete
applications due to The Lodge by noon the Friday before.
Hopefully spring is coming and we haven't lost too much of our
landscaping to winter freeze or too much rain. Please remember that
any changes you make to the outside of your house and yard require
ARC approval. The only exception is replacing an item with the same
item.

one of our meetings. ARC's primary purpose is to help you find your
outdoor and landscaping dream while staying withing the guidelines.

Architectural Review Committee
Facilities Committee
Our last meeting started with a request from the Amphitheatre
Group to look into the possibility of a dance area by expanding the
side area next to the Amphitheatre. Staff will look into the feasibility
of this project.
Next was a proposal from the Community Planning Committee
to upgrade the audio/video equipment in The Lodge Ballroom. The
Facilities Committee approved their proposal.
Representatives from the Pickleball Committee requested cracks in
the courts be repaired. Staff will look into obtaining bids.
The Facilities Committee approved a proposal from Dave Foster
Concrete to complete the front part of The Lodge area.
The Facilities Committee is looking for members of our community
to join our committee. Please contact me or attend our monthly
meetings.
The Facilities Committee meets the second Wednesday of the
