Try pouring one cup of vinegar into an ice tray, filling with water, and letting it freeze. Run the disposal to grind the cubes and clean away grease and neutralize odor. Replace and/or clean furnace filters. Test air conditioning systems — summer is just around the corner! Test smoke detector batteries and replace if necessary. (A good rule of thumb is to test every time Daylight Saving begins and ends.) BOARD ELECTION The solar vote is now over and the Board ballots will be going out at the end of March. Please keep an eye out for those and don't forget to sign that green envelope! More information is online at www.fourseasonsbeaumont.org/election. The community is governed and operated by the elected Board of Directors. Committees play an integral part in how the Association runs and are always looking for homeowner participation. Please consider giving your time and expertise to the Association. SLOW DOWN A reminder I give at each Open Session Board Meeting is to slow down. Once you are home behind the gates, speeding or not stopping at stop signs will only save you a few seconds of time. Speed limits are 30 mph on the Circle, 25 mph on all side streets and 15 mph in parking lots. Slow down and drive responsibly. If you're a pedestrian, please use the sidewalks. ~ Eric Zarr, eric.zarr@fsresidential.com, (909) 991-8337 FOR UPDATES ABOUT FOUR SEASONS, GO TO FOURSEASONSBEAUMONT.ORG.
