Our 4x4 group did something a little different for January — a few of us took our
RVs and Jeeps out to the Superstition Mountains, near Westmorland. We joined the
San Diego 4-Wheelers on their 25th anniversary annual run. We joined about 125
Jeeps and other vehicles on the run.
The run was great — we traversed sand dunes and rock gardens, and explored the
small Superstition range.
We also had a special treat, the Blue Angels winter practice is there and we got the
whole show right over our heads.
If this sounds like fun, please join us at one of our meetings or day runs. For info.,

Ladies Putters
The Ladies Putters had a great turnout at the Committee Fair in January with
many trying out the mini putting green. Some managed a hole-in-one and were
given a golf ball for their efforts.
We meet Mondays at The Courts green at 4 pm and Fridays at 9 am. If you
would like to join us, it is a fun and social event where we keep a scorecard for
the 18 holes we play. Come to one day or both, we have extra clubs and balls
you can borrow if you do not have them. We enjoy special events with prizes at
different times of the year. See you there! ~ Susan Wilson, sw072153@aol.com (L-R) Susan Wilson, Jackie Morris, and Bonnie Brown
