We get together on the first Saturday of each month under the trees at the edge of the Main Clubhouse parking lot to display and schmooze about our cars, talk about upcoming car shows and related events, and then go to breakfast. Cruzin' Cronies TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) One of the things that set the TOPS program apart is group support. No matter what kind of diet or exercise program you follow or what health goals you set for yourself, having the support of others who share your goals and challenges can make all the difference. TOPS can't do the work for you, but we do provide you with the tools, information, support and accountability you need to be successful at each stage of your journey including after you reach your goal. We meet at the South Clubhouse on Thursday with weigh-ins from 9 to 9:50 am and meeting from 10 to 11 am. You may visit once free of charge. Membership is affordable at $49 for new members plus $3 monthly chapter dues. With your membership, you receive a My Day One (quick start guide) and six TOPS magazines a year.
