Expressing Gratitude I am grateful to Kelly Curtis and crew for their efforts providing a flag on the hill. ~ Dolph Mason I'm grateful to my husband Bob who brought us here 31 years ago. Now we have two daughters, Jackie and JoAnn Smith, here too. ~ Esther Mejia I am grateful for Rita Williams who has so generously and willing shared information, inspiration, guidance, and support to me from the day I moved into Sun Lakes in February 2022 until now. She never complained when I called and awakened her from a restful sleep to ask a simple question. She always gives me sound advice and willingly assists me when I ask for help "figuring it out," always with a warm smile and open heart. I truly am grateful for her kind friendship and pray she will be blessed each day with all the goodness and happiness she deserves. ~ Janice Crowder We are Diane and Vic Valentine, we moved in to Sun Lakes in August of 2021 from Ontario. We were looking for a special place to retire near our kids and wow, did we find it. We have three children — one son in Beaumont and a son and daughter in Palm Springs. We wanted to be close to them and their families so this was the perfect place for us. Soon after we moved in, my husband had a heart attack and had to have a triple bypass and I can't begin to tell you how our neighbors showed us both so much love and caring. I don't know what we would have done without them… these days it's hard to find people like this. Living in Sun Lakes is a lot like Mayberry — easy, comfortable, friendly, and safe — who would live anywhere else? This picture at right is from our backyard. Our Grandson Hunter loves it here as much as we do. This is resort living! Thank you, The Valentines Thank you to Thomas, our Food & Beverage Director. He makes us feel so welcomed as he does with all who come to the restaurant. His staff is excellent and our chef Chris is outstanding. Best crew that ever happened to Sun Lakes in the last nine plus years that we've lived here. Kudos to our management - great job all around.
