Lock boxes can be a valuable asset in the event of an emergency.
A lock box with a spare key for emergency access by Community
Patrol Services or Emergency Services to provide potentially life-
saving care. Lock boxes can either be attached to a fixed location
close to the front door or wall mounted by the front door. The code
would be entered into the resident's Dwelling Live profile for CPS
or Emergency Services personnel to use. They are approximately
$40 at Home Depot or Lowes. A relatively small investment for the
difference they can make if the need arises.
It is with mixed emotions that I write my final article as the Director
of Community Patrol Services. It has been a wonderful experience
working at Ocean Hills Country Club for the past three plus years. I
want to thank the Master Board of Directors, past and present, for
their support. In particular, Scott Goldwasser and Mr. Ira Landis for
trusting in me when I interviewed for the position. I hope that I have
exceeded your expectations. I want to thank the HOA management
staff, especially Blanca Reyes for her professionalism and unwavering
commitment to excellence. Thank you, Chris Bessey, for being such a
wonderful person and an example for all of us to follow.
Additional residents that I'd like to thank by name for their support
and mentorship over the years;
• Rich Halkyard
• Henry Eisenson
• Mya Esler
• Jim Gularte
I have submitted my recommendations for a successor to the
Master Board, as well as to Securitas and I expect a seamless
transition prior to my departure. Thank you again for all of your
support. It has been an honor and a privilege to have served as your
Director of Community Patrol Services. ~ Scott Lemieux, Director,
