The Board met in executive session on March 13 and took the following actions: • Approved the minutes of the executive session meeting on Feb. 13 • Authorized proceeding with a foreclosure if necessary on APN #169-391-19-00, APN #169-403-24-00 and APN #169-406-11- 00 • Reviewed several legal matters • Approved appointment of California Elections Company as the Inspector of Elections to provide full election services for an amount not to exceed $7,940 plus certain expenses • Accepted a proposal from Dils Roofing to provide a comprehensive analysis of the Clubhouse roof for $650 • Reviewed a series of existing contracts with Cox Communications for WiFi and Internet services • Approved the formal contract with Black Diamond Services as general contractor and project manager for the new lanai structure for $100,000 • Requested additional information from the Project Manager regarding the expense of the well pump • Approved storage of uninstalled components by Berg Electric, if necessary, at a cost of $250 per month • Authorized the execution of new Village Management Agreements for each of the eight village HOA's • Authorized the repair of concrete stormwater ditches behind Tilos Way by Hoaglund and Sons Concrete, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $5,665 • Approved an HVAC maintenance contract with RAM Air Engineering for $15,000 annually.
