| OHCC LIVING | APRIL 2023 | 7 Hello Ocean Hills. My name is Josh Robinson. I am the new Community Patrol Services Director at Ocean Hills Country Club. As you may know, I recently replaced Scott Lemieux, who passed along his high regard for this community and its residents. I look forward to meeting all of you. I wanted to take this opportunity to share some of my background and lay out some of the goals security will be working towards in 2023. I am a United States Marine Corps veteran. I predominately served in the Marine Corps Security Force Regiment in Norfolk, Virginia, as part of the Fleet Anti-Terrorism Security Team or F.A.S.T. Company. There, I led and supported anti-terrorism security missions across the globe. I spent my final years in the Marine Corps here in San Diego at Camp Pendleton, leading and training infantrymen in the 1st Marine Division, 3rd Light Armored Reconnaissance (or L.A.R.) battalion. After leaving the military, I pursued various management experiences in loss prevention, emergency management, and security operations, including operations for the U.S. government and private corporations. Over the last four years, I have worked for Securitas, helping to find more efficient ways of securing client properties and improving client procedures to make communities and workplaces safer. During my first year as your Community Patrol Services Director, I aim to improve transparency between the community and the community patrol team to empower residents to take full advantage of our unique services, including but not limited to: medical and alarm response, enforcement of OHCC rules and regulations, and welfare checks. Our team is also available to bring your concerns directly to community management and the Master Board. Like my predecessor, I aim to attend every board meeting to discuss and review any incidents reported to or by the community patrol team each month. I additionally hope to find new ways to improve what the Community Patrol already does so well by reducing patrol officer response time to emergency calls and improving our relationship with local law enforcement. Most importantly, I aim to ensure that Securitas provides a safe and secure environment for all residents and staff here at the OHCC. Please feel free to stop by the front gate or flag down one of our community patrol officers to discuss your concerns and report any incidents at any time. If there is a topic of interest you would like to see the Community Patrol address in this publication, please contact Josh Robinson, Community Patrol Services Director, via email or phone or visit the gatehouse on Cannon Road. ~ Josh Robinson, Director of Community Patrol Services, Joshua.Robinson@securitasinc.com, (760) 758-7111 ext. 250 or (760) 505-2146 Community Patrol Services
